This website and its associated services are operated by TECH2U. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TECH2U. By accessing our website and using our doorstep repair services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a technician. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use our services.
1. Service Bookings & Appointments
By booking a service through TECH2U, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your location and the nature of the device issue. A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your time slot. This fee will be adjusted against the final repair invoice.
2. On-Site Access & Requirements
Our "At-Your-Doorstep" model requires that an adult (18 years or older) be present at the location during the entire duration of the repair. You must provide our technician with a safe working environment and access to basic requirements such as electricity and stable lighting to perform the repair.
3. Spare Parts & Hardware Repairs
If a repair requires the replacement of hardware components (e.g., Laptop Screen, RAM, Printer Roller), the cost of the spare part will be added to the service charge. TECH2U uses only genuine and high-quality compatible parts. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed directly to the customer.
4. Warranty Policy
We provide a 30-day service warranty on the specific labor performed. This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by the user after the repair.
- Liquid damage or short-circuits due to external electrical issues.
- Software corruption or virus infections occurring after the technician's visit.
5. Data Backup & Liability
Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to back up all data, software, and information before the technician begins work. TECH2U and its technicians shall not be held liable for any loss of data, confidential information, or software malfunction during the repair process.
6. Payment Terms
Final payment is due immediately upon the completion of the repair. We accept payments only via digital methods (UPI, Cards) exclusively on the website. A digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address once payment is confirmed.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the initial booking fee.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
